"I had a great stay at Hotel Marisa. What stood out the most was the customer service at reception…they were always super friendly, welcoming, and helpful with a smile every time I walked in. It really made a difference and created such a warm atmosphere. The hotel itself was clean, felt very safe, and you really can’t beat the location, it’s right across from the Mezquita and close to everything. I’d definitely stay here again. "
