"The drive out into the countryside is well worth the effort. We stayed in the two bedroom gite and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The gite is spacious and has a lovely gravel patio area in front with great views of the countryside. It was warm, so we were able to sit outside for meals, reading and watching nature and the occasional boat passing on the canal. "This is a lovely property, well maintained and well equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable self catering holiday. The bathroom and kitchen in particular were a pleasant surprise compared to other rentals we have experienced. The location is rural and peaceful and you do need a car but it is well situated for touring around the area, the nearest town is Lurcy-Levis about 3 miles away which has a small supermarket, boulangerie, and a couple of cafe/bars and restaurant. "The property was as advertised. Nice, neat and clean. Newer remodel - everything inside looked and felt good. It's a very small cottage and part of a multi-unit building. Parking was tight but adequate. 10 minute walk to downtown. 8 minutes to the waterfront. 2 minutes to Blue Jays park. The Pinellas Trail is right there. "This is a apartment with a small kitchenette. We were on ground floor with own outside door to small patio overlooking laid out grass area. Great for our 2 little dogs. Nice park next to building for walking dogs. Had a settee and tv. Staff pleasant and friendly. Wifi very good. Unfortunately plates in cupboard had not been washed from previous occupants or l would have given perfect score. Charged 7 euros for dogs. "
