"Die Anlage ist wirklich schön. Die Wohnung stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Klimaanlage und vor allem der riesige Pool sind toll. In nahen Umgebung gibt es viele Weingüter. Direkt am Gatdasee (15min mit dem Auto) ist es absolut traumhaft. Nur haben uns die Nächte den Urlaub etwas vermiest. Gegenüber kräht der Hahn ab Sonnenaufgang (5:30 Uhr). Kurz danach ist die Straße direkt neben dem Haus gut befahren und sehr laut. Daher konnten wir keine Nacht ausschlafen."

"Pros: Alles zu Fuß zu erreichen. Kleiner Suoermarkt direkt am Haus. Ort ist klein und nicht überlaufen. Das Haus war sehr sauber. Die Kommunikation und Abwicklung war top und zuverlässig. Tolle Aussicht! Cons: Das Haus ist leider sehr alt und die Möbel aus den 70ern. Wohfühlfaktor kommt schwer auf. Schade, dass keine vernünftigen Gartenmöbel bei dieser toller Aussicht da sind. Als Unterkunft aber ausreichend. Die Einfahrt war leider zu klein für einen deutschen SUV 😂"

"My three daughters, dau in law and sister and I loved everything about Simone’s lovely apartment! It was colorful and had beautiful art work and antiques everywhere. We felt safe and protected in both the apartment and the flower strewn courtyard outside. So many little details that felt so Italian! Simone was a gracious, knowledgeable, helpful host. "Pros: Von Anfang an bestand eine ausgezeichnete Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer. Das Haus liegt außerhalb von Desenzano auf dem Land. (Ca.10-15 Minuten Fahrzeit). "Pros: De ligging. Bar om de hoek. Koffieshop en supermarkt op honderd meter. De veerboten vanuit Sulzano varen naar alle plaatsen aan het meer en stipt op tijd. de aanlegsteiger is om de hoek. Cons: De doorgaande weg loopt langs het huis en geeft wat lawaai. Maar als je dit op de koop toe neemt, geen probleem. De gastheer Daniel is top. Alle raad en daad, niets teveel gevraagd. Met zijn boot een toer op het meer gemaakt. "Service van de zaak" volgens Daniel."

"Pros: Die Wohnung hat eine große gemütliche Terrasse und zusätzlich noch einen großen Balkon mit schönen Sitzgelegenheiten. Dazu gibt es einen großzügigen (gemeinsamen) Pool mit ausreichend Liegestühlen. Auch in der Wohnung ist alles gemütlich eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird (ob in Küche oder Bad,…). Der Gastgeber hatte darüberhinaus auch noch einige Getränke im Kühlschrank bereitgestellt. "Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen. Zwar ist die Wohnung auch schon in die Jahre gekommen, aber es fehlte an nichts. Die Straße war ziemlich schmal und die Einfahrt auch sehr eng, dafür kann ja die Vermieterin nichts. Aber ich wollte es nur erwähnt haben. Die Wohngegend ist sehr ruhig und trotzdem Zentral. Man kann alles gut zu Fuß erreichen! Daher auch gerne mal wieder! "
