"There are 4 holiday apartments attached to the small chateau. We were in one of two that was in the converted barn. The apartment has lots of space, and is pleasantly furnished. "Location was great. Cluny is a quaint town. Really enjoyed cafe central down the street. Lunch specials were outstanding with real Art Deco Era wall paintings. Parking behind apartment was fine. Sometimes had a 5 minute walk when full at night but no problem. Nice Farmers market right behind apartment on Saturdays. Weather got hot (high 80s) but room stayed cool with fans."

There was a problem with the TV , caused by a recent lightening storm, when we arrived, but Alexander was fantastic - very friendly and everything was sorted really quickly. "Domaine Lachat is a beautiful, family-run winery, farm and gites. We loved staying here, right in the heart of the Beaujolais Crus and at the same time, completely remote. Our gite was the perfect size for two people, with plenty of space. Recently renovated, it is a welcoming, clean and comfortable place to stay. Additionally, we really appreciated the pool area and outdoor kitchen. Anne and Thijs are excellent hosts who go above and beyond for their guests."
