"We booked this particular property because the property offered on the website a sauna, hot tub, coffee lounge, bar, restaurant but we found ourselves having to go out for a meal because the restaurant was only open on a Wednesday and after a long drive this was not what we expected to do. The sauna & hot tub were an additional charge 20€ for 30 mins. the other facilities were not up and running. We felt we had booked this stay under false pretences. "The hotel is in a lovely location. Close to all the amenities of the town. Staff seemed helpful and accomodating. The apartment suites were very well appointed and spacious. However, I was very disappointed with the cleanliness. The sofa had crumbs and hair. I requested for it to be cleaned in the morning as I had checked in late and the cleaning staff had already left for the day. I was promised that the room would be deep cleaned in the morning. However, this was not done. I had to request again for the room to be cleaned in the evening on my return from exploring the area. Apparently there were no notes on their room system re: the deep clean and so it was not done. The staff did eventually vacuum and clean the sofa....but only the sofa. At this level of accomodation, I had expected much more."
