"The location is great, right on the lake. However, the rooms are old and tired. My room had a terrible mold smell."

"Our stay was excellent. The staff went out of their way to ensure a fantastic stay. We had someone with Celiac in our party. The staff did an excellent job in accommodating our needs. At breakfast, they were able to make separate eggs and bacon as to avoid cross contamination from the buffet. They also had gluten free bread options. Dinner was a similar experience giving us confidence to be able to eat safely. Thank you to all the staff that made it possible!! The location of the hotel was very ideal as well. We would definitely stay there again."

"We really enjoyed our stay. We were there just after the season ended so the restaurant had sadly just closed. But the town was still lovely, we were able to get food easily. The front desk attendants were always very helpful and nice and the hotel was lovely. The view is unmatched. Honestly I am still thinking about sitting out on the balcony looking out at the mountains and the lake."

"Absolutely wonderful stay. Unfortunately, we only stayed one night. Would love to have stayed longer. Beautiful hotel. Wonderful grounds and spectacular views. Only downside was just one elevator."

"Everything was great, clean, comfortable and friendly staff. Just a side issue though, please if using the shower in the bath, try your best to keep shore footing because I slipped and banged my butt on the taps, it could of been a lot worse."
