MOLINO DE LOS CARDENES 1911

“El Cortijo” is an old Oil Mill built in 1911 where the original machines are still preserved. They can have Wi-Fi in it; Digital TV with all channels, Central Heating, Swimming Pool, Paddle Court and other rooms, and perfectly adapted for people with disabilities.
In the entrance hall you can see the old machinery for grinding the olives, in perfect condition and to the left, there is a magnificent living-dining room with a large wood fireplace.
To the right is a master bedroom with an exclusive bathroom perfectly adapted for people with a certain degree of physical disability. Inside the living room there is a work table with air conditioning for those guests who want to isolate themselves and telework properly.
On this floor there is access to a large kitchen with space and tables for eating and breakfast for up to 20 people. From this and through a side door you can access an outdoor lawn parterre with swings, slides and seesaws, etc., for children's play.
On the upper floor are the rest of the six (6) bedrooms and five bathrooms. From this floor you can access the Torreón from where you can enjoy a magnificent view of the entire Sierra de Montoro-Cardeña in 360º.
The interior courtyard has an old wood-fired stone oven for roasting suckling pigs, lambs, bread, etc.; also a barbecue and a paella pan with donut. In addition, an outdoor dining area to eat about 20 people outdoors and with tents.
In the inner courtyard of the Finca there is a covered area where there is a play area for adults with a Finnish Sauna, American Pool Table, Ping-pong Table, Foosball for children, Dartboard for darts and Gymnastics machines.
In the fully fenced outdoor patio, there is a swimming pool with salt purifier (No chlorine), awnings, armchairs and sun loungers, and outdoor shower, as well as tables for dining. It also has an attached shed where there is a toilet and a gas and ceramic hob with fridges, stereo, etc. In addition to a Smart-TV with an articulated arm
Following the Swimming Pool, a Paddle Court with night competition lighting has been installed.
At the rear of the building there is a net for golf and training balls, plus a private and covered parking area for 6 cars.
