"Two Queen room with pull out sofa. AC worked really well. Clean. Breakfast was really good. Cheesy eggs and bacon and Belgian waffles, sausage and gravy, fruit and pastries and breads and oatmeal. Coffee was decent. Friendly front desk. "

"Had an excellent stay at this hotel and, after a week traversing NY State, I can say for definite it was our favourite hotel. It’s nice not to be in a ‘branded’ hotel and with that you get much better service, a truly great breakfast that put those served in much more expensive hotels to shame, and a super comfy bed giving me the best sleep for weeks.
Would definitely come again and recommend to anyone considering a reasonably priced room on the Ithica area. "
