"This place has so much potential, the top bed covers had several cigarette burns, the room smelled like marijuana. The tv was useless because wifi did not work. They dont explain that you need to lock your room by pressing a button. Takes 10 minutes for their system to reach door locks. So you cant get in room and leave your stuff. Because if you leave, your door wont lock. There are people in the garage that look homeless and washing their clothes by the entrance. Don’t bring ur family, if you are a man and dont care about conflict then this place is perfect. They can definitely do better. And they should"

"They need to fix their key cards I don’t know how many times I had to go down to the lobby to get them to fix my keys and my friend’s keys who stayed in a different room. Other than that nice!"

"We only received housekeeping for 1 day of a 5 night stay. And.i had to ask for that. They do housekeeping every other day per the assistant manager andmsigns.on the bathroom mirror. I spoke with the assistant manager before we left and she stated she would contact expedia and we would get a refund for one night. She contacted expedia and did what she was supposed to do but Expedia has dropped the ball saying a refund has been issued when it has not. The lack of housekeeping issue is why I am leaving the recommendation I am, not the refund issue."

"To start off I would like to say I have stayed at a lot of hotels but the front desk staff at this hotel was so incredibly rude to its guests. The way they talked to people who asked questions was something I had never heard from front desk staff before. The hotel may have been a smoking hotel at one point as the remnants of old smoke remained in the rooms and the lobby area. The front desk staff smoked (as well as other guests) just outside the door which probably didn’t help. At breakfast which was a good spread when item low and someone asked for that item the staff said absolutely not. ( this was in regards to someone asking for a piece of cheese). Another being when the WiFi password didn’t work the front desk answer was well mine is working perfectly fine so I can give you a number to call but there is nothing I can do. It was the manner and the tone in which the hotel staff behaved that was most astonishing. The hotel is older and in need of updates but the rooms were clean. "

"Everything was perfect. Super clean, delivered as advertised. Also, the amenities were top-notch along with the extras. The espresso pods, snack cookies, and the master bedroom bed was about as comfortable as it gets. The host was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the area. My group and I had an excellent time."

"The location can't be beat. Great neighborhood and things to do if you're staying local, and it's an easy 15-minute ride downtown if you're going to the city. Second- and third-floor apartment. Spacious and with everything you'll need. Russell is very responsive to questions and helpful with making your stay comfortable."

"Comfortable home with charming football motif. Steps to main entryway are a little steep, and handrails need to be repaired for splintering. Kitchen is small, but has everything you may need for convenience. Very nice outdoor space with a grill, garden, plenty of seating, and some games to play. We enjoyed our impromptu stay here. Near to many local shops and eateries."
