great value budget accommodation

We had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen area had a fridge, dishwasher and microwave (and small cooker hob which we didn't use). Large comfortable bed, hairdryer in bathroom, television. Wifi was good. Very quiet both during the day day and at night. We were at the back of the building overlooking the courtyard. Helpful staff.

Bonjour franchement magnifique pas cher du tout je recommande personnellement je reviendrai le service très bien le personnel de l'accueil et le personnel de chambre sont très sympa pour mes prochaines vacances ma famille et moi-même je reviendrai je vais réserver très tôt pour trouver une studio ou un appartement dans l'hôtel. Merci beaucoup pour l'accueil chaleureux tout le personnel

Hôtel qui a mal vieilli: décevant

Habitué de cet hôtel pour des séjours professionnels depuis de nombreuses années, j’ai souhaité de nouveau réservé pour 2 nuit dans cet hôtel alors que cela faisait 2 ans que je n’étais plus venu… Quelle déception… L’hôtel a vraiment très mal vieilli et n’est pas très bien entretenu: traces de cigarette au sol dans la chambre, carrelage cassé dans la salle de bains, bruyant la nuit (l’hôtel semble être occupé pour des longs séjours par des gens étrangers), bruits du tram incessants… L’hôtel ne sert plus de petit-déjeuner. C’est vraiment dommage mais je ne pense plus revenir dans cet hôtel.

Vraiment pas terrible

Accueil OK. Parking trés cher et tres serré !! La moquette des etages sont dégoutantes !! Les cartes numériques marchent une fois sur 10, je me suis retrouvé bloqué devant ma porte pendant 30 minutes vu que l'accueil ferme à 19h. Heuresement que l'hotesse de l'hotel juste à coté etait la pour m'aider et m'orienter vers la personne qui loge dans l'hotel et qui peut aider (numero non fournis ) . SDB et toilette OK Wifi pas tarrible.. Lavabo de cuisine pas tres propres.. Letat des portes et des murs c'est pas terrible !

Jamais je n'y retournerai, hôtel pas très propre, aucun parking, celui de l'hôtel coûte 11€ par jour donc a prévoir, a 4m du tramway donc si vous êtes du mauvais côté bon courage. Bref malgré le tarif abordable c'est encore trop cher pour ce que c'est. A fuire...

Problème d accueil et de communication Parking étroit et payant non mentionné Chambre pas prête à l arrivée alors qu on Nous avait appelé Pour vérifier le créneau Idem pas de quoi faire le nettoyage si ce n est un balai sans balayette... pas de seau ... peu de couvert et casse pas de sortie de douche ... ... accueil triste la réceptionniste était sur son téléphone personnel ... Heureusement la gouvernante était beaucoup plus à l écoute et nous a trouvé des solutions

J’avais pourtant réservé la veille mais en arrivant il y’avait pas de chambre disponible j’ai donc dû attendre quasiment 30min de plus par rapport à l’heure d’entrée prévu... l’état de la chambre était un peu vieillot mais ça va par contre l’état des toilettes était immondes,je me demande comment l’on peut mettre un client dans un tel endroit

Nous avons passé une nuit dans cette hotel. Photos sur internet tres differentes de la réalité. Salle de Bain d'un autre temps et très très vétuste. Nous n'avons pas pu dormir et nous sommes partis tres tôt car un courant d'air au niveau de la fenêtre aller directement sur le lit. Pour 59euros le nuit jai vu vraiment mieux. Pour finir une caution de 160euros pour tout cela. Nous ne reviendrons pas et ne recommanderons pas cette établissement.

Résidence vieillotte qui aurait dû être rafraîchit depuis plusieurs dizaines d'années. De la télé à la baignoire rien ne fonctionne, clou rouillés. Pas d'isolation alors que la chambre donne sur le tram et le boulevard. Literie abominable et hors d'âge. Mon pire séjour est 5 ans de déplacements professionnels.

PLUS JAMAIS

Dans un premier temps, PLUS JAMAIS AFFAIRES AVEC HOTELS.COM. Par erreur, une nuit de trop avait été réservée et ils n'ont pas voulu me la retirer alors que je ne demandais pas l'annulation de l'entièreté de mon séjour, mais bien uniquement d'une nuit sur 4. En plus, j'ai demandé le retrait 2 semaines avant mon voyage, je crois que ce n'était donc pas un problème. Dans un second temps, l'hôtel ne répond pas aux courriels qu'on leur envoie. Par ailleurs, il faut nous même aller vider nos poubelles au sous-sol à la fin du séjour : REALLY??? La douche et l'ascenseur étaient brisés. Il fallait donc tenir le pommeau de douche dans nos mains pour se laver et monter les 3 étages dans le petit escalier avec nos valises. Par ailleurs, j'ai été refaire 4 fois ma carte de chambre parce qu'ils ont des problèmes avec l'activation. Le personnel à l'accueil est SUPER bête. J'avais demandé si les cuisines ne pouvaient pas m'ouvrir ma bouteille de vin et la réponse était non. Les photos sur booking ne sont vraiment pas la réalité. La chambre est fade et vide et la toilette hyper sale. Il y a une cuisine, mais à part quelques couverts, aucun linge à vaisselle, savon, ouvre bouteille, etc... Le seul point positif est l'emplacement de l'hôtel. Sinon : DÉCONSEILLÉ!!!

séjour très agréable, les yeux remplis de souvenirs avec la visite de l'aquarium ainsi que celle du zoo de Lunaret. Visite également de l'arc de triomphe et de la promenade du peyrou, vraiment magnifique. le palais de justice est tout aussi beau. j'adore votre ville
