Pasé mucho frío. Además, chico te mete presión día anterior con hora de llegada (me gusta llegar a los alojamientos sin presión, cuando puedo) y luego tuve que esperarlo media hora en la calle, pasando frío. "I notified the hotel about our arrival to Marseille, renting a car, going to Gaya Hotel. When we arrived- no signs of a hotel at this address. Nobody answered multiple calls. It was no way for us to get into the property. We contacted Hotels.com and after three hours phone with them they were able to find another hotel for us for the whole duration of stay. "Unfortunately we were plagued by creatures, it could have been the weather or the fact that the builder who was banging a lot had disturbed them. The apartment needed updating. there was no ventilation in the separate toilet, no smoke alarm or extinguisher, tv did not work, overgrown garden with rotten decking,full bins and a dirty bbq. We found the area noisy at night and tight to park in. On the plus side the bed was comfy but not proper pillows. We left early and the owners gave us 2 nights...

Cependant la piscine mise en avant dans l'annonce et décrite comme pas chère lors de notre demande d'informations est quand même à 9€/jour. De plus il manque une vrai table sur la terrasse. Les communs étaient aussi peu entretenu (sale, mauvaise odeur, certaines lumières ne fonctionné pas)."

"The reception tried her best to fulfill my request and was friendly. I forgot to put the sign of do not disturb so the housekeeper did a good job cleaning. I thought it would have been cleaned only when i put the sign to ask for housekeeping. The ventilation of other rooms seemed no working so I smell when the neighbors were cooking.
