    It faces east/west.
    Located in an idyllic and peaceful setting, overlooking the Source-Bleue stream, this charming historic home is situated on a cul-de-sac.

    Description: one large bedroom (160 x 200 bed) with built-in closets.
    Fitted kitchen with an extendable table seating 4 to 6 people, chairs, a BZ-style sofa bed, and a TV.
    It is equipped with an oven, a microwave, a 4-burner glass-ceramic cooktop, 1 refrigerator, 1 kettle, 1 coffee maker, and fondue and raclette sets.
    It includes all necessary kitchen utensils.
    You’ll have access to the property’s garden, where you can have lunch, dinner, and enjoy this space surrounded by nature.
    You can park your car in the nearby parking lot and enjoy the bike paths and walking trails that run past the property and will take you, at your leisure, to the Source-Bleue, the waterfall, and the beaches of Lake Saint-Point.

Jolie frais calme familiale

Très bel endroit. Gite très bien équipé et confortable. Tout est prévu pour les bébés. (Lit parapluie, bassine, chaise haute et tapie de change.) Hôtes et personnels d'entretien très gentils et de bon conseil.

Wunderschöner erholsamer Aufenthalt

Überrascht waren wir über die ganz neue Einrichtung des Objektes. Es war ein ruhiger Aufenthalt, selbst wenn die anderen Wohnung auch belegt waren. Mit einer unkomplizierten und freundlichen Begrüßung wurden wir empfangen und so hatten wir eine schöne Zeit der Erholung und der Eroberung der wunderschönen Ort und Städte in der Gegend, Danke für diese gute Zeit, Theodor

Lieu agréable

Location adaptée pour un couple avec un enfant en bas âge. Trop petite pour 4 adultes car pièce de vie trop petite sachant que le canapé sert de couchage. Bonne localisation. Au calme.

Un accueil chaleureux !

A notre arrivée, un petit détail nous attendait pour nous souhaiter la bienvenue ! Le bâtiment qui compte 3 logements locatifs a été restauré avec goût ; nous occupions l'Eterlou avec mon mari et nos deux chiens. Le cadre est reposant et propice à de belles balades : source bleue, cascade, cours d'eau boisé... Les gens qui gèrent la location, M.Pêpe, les agents d'entretien, sont extrêmement accueillants. On se sent bien à Montperreux ;-)
