During our stay nothing was too much trouble and we really appreciated the fresh produce from the many trees, chickens and their garden. They were perfect hosts, balancing helping out without being intrusive. We can definitely recommend a stay and would love to come back."

"Unfortunately not at all as we expected. It really is in the middle of nowhere - so dangerous hairy roads to negotiate meaning no chance of fresh morning croissants. As to returning in the dark after a night out - definitely not! The interior is nicely decorated but not very cosy with a very basic kitchen definitely designed by someone who doesn't cook. We left after only one night!"

"We recently returned from a 2 week stay at Villa Larmes. On arrival we thought the property was nice, large bedrooms and nice areas to socialise. Location good, short drive to local supermarket, petrol station and plenty of restaurants within 15 minute drive.Unfortunately we had the following issues: 1. Not enough hot water - there were 10 of us staying in the property and the hot water would run out after 3 or 4 of us had showered. We raised the issue with the host who said there is a 300 litre...

"Maison très propre, fonctionnelle et agréable à vivre. Salle de bains très sympa. Fenêtres équipées de moustiquaires (dommage qu'il n'y en ait pas sur la porte-fenêtre), ce qui est presque nécessaire dans la région, tout comme la climatisation. Jardin agréable où se promènent régulièrement les chats et les poules des voisins. Mais, deux choses embêtantes avec des enfants : le jardin n'est pas fermé (même si la route n'est pas très passante, il est difficile de laisser des petits jouer seuls)...
