Has everything I need. A good AC that has white noise to help me sleep. Dark curtains, comfy enough bed. Great area.

Its not the fanciest hotel in Montreal. However, it was quiet, safe and close to downtown. The room definitely could use some upgrade. You need to message them a s let them know when youre checking in since there was no customer service around the clock. Id stay here again if i go back to Montreal.

The guy at the front was very helpful and the location was convenient. My room was clean but very basic. It was on 4th floor and due to the fact that there was no elevator I will give it 4 stars.

Lovely staff, good service overall. Room was decently spacious given the price. Not exactly a lot of extras given, but for what it costs that's very understandable. Very centrally located, just a block away from Saint Denis and the Berri-UQAM Metro station, so that was also great.

This place has the nicest staff, its bare bones but the price reflects that. Clean enough, everything is kinda old and dinky. The entire front area and surrounding st is under construction so it was a bit hard to find. I imagine this wont be a problem in the near future. If you need a place to stay thats clean, quiet and safe for cheap you found it. 👌

I was so happy that i got the room just renovated. New mattress new bedding new table, printed, perfect bathroom, tv, very nice staff, very good location, allow me early check in, free chocolate, free coffee, strong wifi signal, will definitely come next time. They told me they still doing renovations for other rooms. I hope next time i can still get very good room

On the positive The hotel is really well located, the room was very clean and a decent size, and was well priced. The reception was quick and friendly. It is worn, paint is chipped and the walls are scratched. In addition there is no elevator. The area is a little sketchy but not too bad

Hidden Gem at Montreal

The owner is amazing! He's very welcoming and friendly, just feel like I am home. Downside: The room only has basic amenities and cleanness can be improved. The owner has tried hard to replace the old facilities of the hotel. It takes time. I hope next time when I visit here the room conditions properly will be improved alot. Thanks for the hospitality.

Location is awesome but the property is terrible. The room sizes are way too small and there is a bad odour that will continously irritate your nose buds. Also, during night (after 12 am), lot of shouting was happening on stairs. A woman was crying as well, frightening us to death. Receptionist was amazing, very cooperative and friendly.

It's fine for what it is. It's a cheap hotel, but my room was clean, and the building was quiet. The staff was also very nice. Only downside for me was there was no ice.
