The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Check-in was a little stressful due to limited places to pull over or park nearby, along with the amount of construction in the area. However, this was understandable given the location and is just something to keep in mind if you’re arriving by car. Overall, we had a great stay!

Clean rooms, but need some TLC. Sound proofing was minimal so noise from other suites very audible…through the night…lots of coming and going. Would have been nice to have a lobby. Communication with accommodation was weird - had to find ‘message’ and cut and paste link to get information. Not smooth. Great location though.

This was an ideal location for my stay in Montreal, attending a conference at the Palais de Congres -- about 5-7 min. walk each way. It's also right in Old Montreal, literally steps away from Place D'Armes, and close to lots of shops and restaurants. Every evening on my way back from the conference, there were musicians playing in the square in front of the Basilica. Beautiful ambience. The hotel room was more like a small apartment. I actually started out in one room and then switched to another one. The first one had plenty of amenities -- stove, oven, dishwasher, TV, microwave, large fridge and freezer -- but there was a foul smell as you walk into the hotel room, as well as the closet where the hot water heater is kept. I brought this to their attention (they blamed the dehumidifier having been turned off), and they were able to put me in another room, which was much more pleasant. The amenities in that room were the same, except it also had laundry washer and dryer, but no microwave. It was a bit tricky figuring out how to access the building (instructions are sent with pictures and description through Expedia) but once you get your key, it's very straightforward. (Their office is on the second floor, by the way.) Overall, a great experience and would definitely recommend staying here for business or pleasure.

Excellent location, very clean and spacious with all the amenities. Could use more than 3 forks though. The only drawback was the metal bed base which was very noisy when you turned in bed during your sleep. The first night there was a tumbling noise all night like a ball in a dryer, difficult to describe but made falling asleep difficult.

Extremely well located apartment near Notre Dame. Spacious. No noise at night. Like others have stated, there can be a foul smell in the bathroom sometimes, but it wouldn’t stop me from staying here because I love the space, the three beds and the location.

I thought this was a great room. It does give aibnb vibes for a boutique hotel, so if you want hotel amenities I would look elsewhere. The room was clean and very spacious, the building was quiet and cool. Its contactless check-in, no concierge just a lockbox with keys but getting in was no problem. I think, at this price point it was a great deal.

We absolutely loved our stay! The space was super nice and clean. The location of the property is wonderful, being right in the heart of old Montréal with lots of shopping, sightseeing, restaurants, cafés, and bars within walkable distance. Would highly recommend staying here!
