Did not do breakfast. Overall the hotel was exactly what we needed. Right around the corner from Peel Street and Metro. Everything you could possibly need within a 10 min walk.

On the bus line from and to the airport, and within walking distance to two metro stations. Very well situated for a stay in downtown Montreal without a car.
