"Amazing staff, beautiful hotel, wish we stayed longer!"

"Great hotel, I recommend it, and a very special thank you Ricardo For his good behavior and help"

"The staff were very welcoming and the hotel is well located. The room was clean and well serviced. The main problems were controlling the room temperature ( too hot even with all heaters off). The breakfast was very underwhelming and needs to be brought up to the level of similar hotels where we have stayed in recent weeks. Greater variety required."

"The hotel itself is beautiful, and the lake view is absolutely amazing. The location is a little far from the main attractions, but the hotel provides a free city pass, so I was able to take the bus and explore the surrounding area. I booked a room with a balcony and a full lake view, and it was the best experience I could have asked for in Montreux! The breakfast buffet was nothing special, but it was decent.

"Everything about it was bad. It was not clean. The toilet didn’t work properly. The lady at the front not friendly at all not helpful at all didn’t want to be working. It seemed like to me."

"Excellent"

"Ok"

"The room was booked"

"Great location and it’s walkable to everything. We enjoyed our stay here and the comfort of a big space. It was such a relaxing stay for us and the staff were all nice."

"The room was clean and tidy, very close to the city center, the breakfast was great, and the staff were very helpful."
