"Great place to stay. Planty of room and places to sit and relax"

"I travel frequently and have stayed in over 30 VRBOs over the past 6 years. This is by far the worst place I have ever rented. It has a foul odor in the upstairs bedroom and a slight urine odor in the main floor. It was so offensive that my wife and I did not stay here. We complained to the host named Micheal on arrival and she told us that “ "If the house is not to your liking, I am very sorry... you do not need to pay me ...you can leave whenever you want... “. "Gianluca was a kind and attentive host. Everything was comfortable and carefully thought out in the beautiful old farmhouse and it was well stocked. There was a lot of traffic noise. You can walk to get food (the village on the top of the hill is adorable and the walking path to it goes over a river and two canals) but it’s quite dangerous for about 50 yards right near the house where there is no shoulder. The shuttle to the house was complimentary but we paid 20 to get back to the airport."

La location est d'une propreté exemplaire et très confortable tout est prévu pour passer un bon séjour. Elle se situe au calme et cela fait du bien . La climatisation en temps de canicule fut la bien venue, Sans oublier le petit chat qui est venu nous saluer et passer quelques bons moments avec nous. Nous ne pouvons que fortement recommander ce lieu magique."

"The Check-In was very easy and the owner was so nice. The kitchen was small and simple but had everything we needed. The atmosphere around the apartment was very italian and beautiful.Over all, the stay was perfect. The location is a little bit away from Verbania but it’s very easy to reach with a car or scooter."
