"The in the hallways need cleaned. Someone was smoking in a nearby room but we were in the non-smoking area. The room was clean, no bugs, water was hot, sheets and blankets were fresh staff was friendly but they gave away our room on the first night we reserved so we had to find another hotel. They said it is first-come-first-served. So why take reservations??????"
