We usually stay in the Rue Cler neighborhood and this is very close. You can walk to many of the museums and attractions. The Eiffel Tower is about a fifteen minute walk. "We were getting off a Viking River cruise and wanted a hotel close to the docking location to minimize the distance we had to drag our suitcases. It was less than 10 minutes walking and we were able to access the room early (fee). Conveniently located to several Metro lines and only about a 15 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. Kitchenette (refrigerator, dishwasher, sink, microwave and cooktop) was convenient to eat breakfast before heading out for the day."

If you have two big suitecases and open them at once, there will be hard to find a place to step. And also you may have hard times hauling these suite cases up the narrow stairs. "
