The shuttle bus service is very good and buffet breakfast much needed for the busy days ahead. Rooms are nice and tidy with the bathrooms starting to show their age but completely usable and clean. "The hotel was nice, room was clean and beds were comfy. Staff were all so friendly. The food was okay wish they had more vegetarian options. If you want to visit Disney this hotel is close by but if you want to watch the lights display in the evening I would suggest not staying here as there is only one shuttle that comes and is for all four hotels close by and very hard to get on in the evening. "

"No pool opened. Could serve coffee in the bars earlier in the morning. Breakfast far too expensive 100 for a couple per day extortion! Loved the cocktail bar! "

"Hotel was perfect for us. Basic and comfortable, really good breakfast (best hotel scrambled eggs!), shuttle for Disney just across the street- to get there we walked from the Val d'Europe train station through the Val d'Europe Commercial Centre shopping mall- doable if you're travelling light-wouldn;t want to carry heavy bags that far. Good restaurant options at the mall- and a Lidl if you want to do more self-catering than we did. Super convenient, good value, zero complaints"
