- The landlord does only accept families and couples older than 30 years old, with or without children. Parties are not allowed. This traditional and welcoming Finca is located close form the Montuiri village and has 430sqm split into 6 spacious bedrooms, with its own en suite bathrooms.
You will aslo be charmed by its huge living and dining room and its fully equipped kitchen. Totally surrounded by nature the Finca has a beautiful swimming pool and nice views to Mallorca inland. 
The property has air conditioning on the ground floor.
This property is the ideal one to enjoy a really private and peaceful holiday time with family, friends and children. Every detail has been tailor-made in order to make your stay in the heart of Mallorca unforgettable.

Bookings less than 3 nights extra 200 € +150 € final cleaning. Official check in time is 17:00 and check out time is 11:00. € 40 surcharge for arrivals after 21:00.
€ 50 surcharge for arrivals after 00.00 hrs at night and on request.
A deposit is required to secure booking. Refundable security deposit is required.
The price includes all running costs, bed linen, towels and final cleaning. Heating costs are not included in the price and will be charged, being 20€ /night. 'NO SERVICES ARE PROVIDED'.
The landlord does only accept families and couples older than 30 years old. In case you have a HOTMAIL account and after 12 hours you do not have received any answer, please check your SPAM-file. Once confirmed the booking, a written confirmation will be sent to the guest, requested to be signed accepting the house rules.
The “ECOTASA” (tourist tax) has to be paid in CASH on check in day. Further information about that amount can be find in the following link: (HIDDEN URL)
It is UTMOST IMPORTANT to fill up the guest information. According to Organic Law 4/2015, it is obliged to identify all travelers and to draw up a Traveler Record Book.

Alojamiento muy adecuado para familias.Habitaciones dobles con baño. Electrodomésticos completísimos. Limpieza excelente. Muchísimas posibilidades.

Wir waren im August 2018 mit 9 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern für 10 Tage in der Finca. Die Zimmer sind alle groß genug, haben ein eigenes Bad und verfügen fast alle über einen Deckenventilator, was bei der Hitze sehr angenehm war! Der Wohnraum und die Küche bieten ebenfalls ausreichend Platz für alle. Besonders schön fanden wir, dass der Außenbereich rund um die Finca so großzügig ist. Wir konnten alle draußen gemeinsam am Tisch essen, auf der großen Wiese Indiaka spielen oder viel Spaß im Pool haben. Dieser wurde alle 3-4 Tage von Patrick gereinigt, der übrigens sehr freundlich und unkompliziert war. Es war eine tolle Zeit in der Finca!

Finca Montuiri is a wonderful house located in the midst of olive groves. It's a comfortable place for 18 adults and 2 kids! Every room counts with its own bathroom which makes things much... easier and faster. House is perfectly equipped with kitchen tools, stereo, outside and inside furniture, umbrellas, etc. So you can kick back and enjoy your gatherings. Patrik who let us in was extremely friendly and easy going, we were even allow to stay bit longer as there was no one coming after us. It's note worthy to add that the village is visible from the house (close) but you are in the middle of nowhere, so loud music, singing and any other noise will not bother the neighbors. I very much recommend renting the house!

Sehr schöne Finca und gut zu erreichen. Die Zimmer sind schön und am grossen Tisch im Wohnraum ist für alle Platz. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter lief einwandfrei und er war sehr freundlich!
