In the heatwave we managed to keep cool enough by arranging air to come in through open windows, but keeping shutters almost closed. Whilst VERY rustic, it has all the amenities you would expect, but is a compromise between a pretty old building and modern refurbishment. Perhaps not for everyone, but we loved it.
