It was just the right amount of space and the rental itself was equipped with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. "Very clean with a comfortable bed, which are the 2 most important aspects for me, and a cute little coffee bar setup. The unit was a bit tricky to find when I arrived late at night as the development has dark twisty roads, and I didn't know it was on the second floor when I booked, so I had to lug my heavy luggage up a dozen steep steps. "We had a bit of a time figuring out how to get from Newark to the rental but once that was sorted the location was perfect for exploring NYC but also getting out of the hub of it at the end of the day. Ferry ride was easy to get to and fast. The kitchen could have used a bit more supplies such as spices for cooking and conditioner and a bar of soap would have been handy as well. "I was able to stay here with 3 friends for 5 days and it was a great spot! Very clean, every amenity that was listed was accurate. We all felt we had plenty of space and weren’t crowding each other. The host responded to any question I had within what seemed like an hour or two, which I so appreciated. Would very much recommend to anyone wishing to stay in the area."

"The condo is fabulous. The owners renovation was superb. The guest bathroom tile could use a bit of touch up to avoid leaks at the tub and mildew. A major issue: the hot water heater is set at a scalding hot temperature. I would strongly advise setting it to a lower temperature."
