"This was an amazing hotel in an absolutely stunning locale. The staff knew who I was as soon as I walked in to check-in. They were friendly and spoke English, and were eager to tell me about the history of the hotel and to show me and my family around. Our stay was quiet and comfortable, and I recommend adding their excellent breakfast. Should the chance arise, I will absolutely stay again and I wholeheartedly recommend. The only caveat I would add is that parking is a little inconvenient, and it is hard to find the hotel if you are driving into town. That being said, it is not the hotel's fault, but the unique set up of Santillana del Mar, which is not a town that is conducive to driving.
