"The property is outdated and in need of serious renovations. Our room did not have a microwave. The bed was broken. There were burnt cigarette holes in the blanket and in the shower. While some staff members were friendly and helpful, others were rude. Overall, I would only return to this location if necessary."

"Loved the updated hotel; feels very clean and new! I used all the amenities - hot tub, sauna, etc. Everything was clean and relaxing. Nice to look at Pikes Peak while soaking in the hot tub! The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. The only slight downside is the availability of parking if you arrive after about 7pm, but the desk staff helpfully pointed out some available spots I hadn't seen. Room was clean, quiet, cozy. I loved it and will definitely return when I go back to Manitou...

"There is ample parking. The complimentary breakfast was very good with a wide variety of items. The shower head had several settings, but the only one that worked was a jet spray from the middle of the shower head. The faucet on the sink was leaking. Otherwise, it was great."
