"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is less than a 10-minute walk from the train station and about a 30-minute walk from the main attractions. Overall, Hotel Berna was excellent in terms of location, service, and convenience. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend it."

"Staff was friendly and helpful. Shower doors were annoying, sticking and always allowing water outside the shower. We placed do not disturb sign on door and when we came back to room, housekeeper had come in and made up room We had left all our personal stuff out and did not wish anyone in the room without up present . Otherwise overall a nice stay , centrally located"

"Everything was pretty good. The bad side light was broken so I was unable to turn it off and I wasn’t able to get the stuff to fix it so I have to deal with it on my own but otherwise it was good."

"The hotel itself is beautiful, modern, and very well designed, but unfortunately, our experience with the customer service was disappointing. From the beginning, the interaction with the lady at the front desk felt unnecessarily argumentative rather than welcoming. Later, at the restaurant downstairs, I was told that I could only use the restroom if I purchased something at the bar. As a hotel guest, I found this very surprising and uncomfortable. While Milano Verticale is a beautiful property, the attitude and level of hospitality we experienced did not match what I would expect from a hotel of this caliber. Unfortunately, the poor customer service overshadowed the positive aspects of our stay, and I would not choose to book here again."
