"We reserved a room in April, arrived late in the day 11pm, and was told that the room we reserved some just left so the room is not ready and that they didn’t have room services due to it being late in the day. The front desk clerk offered to check the room and just change the sheets. We had no choice but to stay due to it being late. Room and bathroom is dirty. We were told they could not do anything for us due the third party reservation. "

"The property was a lot more run down than in the pictures online. The bathroom had the ceiling paint falling off and there was duct tape holding the shower together. Luckily we were only there for about 5 hours to get a little sleep before heading home. Would not recommend unless last resort. "

"On the phone we were told our room we booked didn’t have working AC. But they’re give us a box fan and discount our room for it. Then they found a room with working AC. We arrived and it’s a run down l, outdoor room entrance, motel! Door barely closes. Everything’s old and dated. Used the TV remote and it didn’t work. Had to manually turn TV on. Remote still didn’t work. Bank of the remote had a different room number on it. No wonder it didn’t work. Smoke alarm in the room is missing completely. Just wires sticking out of the wall. There’s no phone in the room. Dresser and nightstand drawers are barely functional. Bed was rock hard. But at least the linens seemed clean. And the shower was ok. Only positives I had. Sure not worth the $350 it cost me for one night. A rate that was surely bumped up to take advantage of visitors coming to support their child that’s graduating at ACU. This place should be $69/night."
