"The apartment is great, perfect views, great location for what we needed. Multiple cafes and restaurants walking distance and good, grocery stores walking distance. Outside is the tram thats takes you to the city and/or close to train station. At night the roads are loud and hectic but other than that. Definitely would book again. "

"Lovely apartment, clean and comfortable. However, the Check-in process was rather tedious and I didn't particularly like retrieving the key from a lock box on a fence - it was also hard to open. Nonetheless, a good and affordable stay."

"Great little apartment with all that is needed for a short stay. My daughter and I especially loved the tea range. Nice and warm and comfy. Bus stop just across the road which is handy to get to train station or car spot provided onsite. It is on a main road which is very busy (we are not used to city living) so suggest bringing some ear plugs. "

"Location on Pascoe vale rd right at the tram stop was excellent with a short tram ride to the heart of Melbourne. Street parking was in short supply due to most being permit allocated. Although off street parking was free charging for induction to use the car stacker was not mentioned in the booking. Cleaning of the apartment was very poor, upon arrival we found dirty tissues on the floor in the master bed along with previous renters prescription medical in the robe. Both bathrooms had mould on...

"Really dirty unit. The air conditioner had a thick layer of dirt on top of the unit, floors sticky and not moped. Toaster, kettle, stove top dirtyTried to vacuum but it was useless, full of dust and dirt and wouldn’t suck. I emptied it but still wouldn’t work. The mop was a solid block of foam and wouldn’t open or close.We stayed to be near the zoo and take our 1 and 3 year old to the Zoo we wouldn’t let the kids on the floor as we were afraid they’d catch something Very disappointed in the...

"The property is very nice internally, and clean. The bathroom is very nice and I appreciated the toiletries provided. A welcome gift basket with food and a bottle of wine went above and beyond. It was quite hot when I arrived as the blinds were up and all windows shut, but the air con soon fixed that. The road works the first night were a bit unpleasant, but didn't matter too much as I used the bedroom at the rear. The open plan kitchen is delightful, with every bit of equipment you could need....

"This was a great apartment in convenient location-close to inner city and local restaurant area and Royal Park. Tram stops at the door. Well organised and maintained facility and very secure. Lovely owner"

"We had an amazing stay the apartment was spacious with a great view located close to all shopping precinct in the area Would surely stay again"

"Had a good stay, Shower was good with nice hot water. Kitchen facilities were good. We had everything we needed for our stay. Basic toiletries/plenty of toilet paper/towels/etc were all provided. Area was pretty quiet and had convenient parking barely a metre from the back door. Check in was also easy and convenient."
