Great new property with everything you need in the apt style rooms. The front desk are welcoming and helpful. They have arrangements with a couple of local restaurants to pick you up for dinner if you want to use that service. They offer kayaks and bikes for free use. Would be a great place for a longer stay. Kitchen has “garage door” that opens up to make kitchen and patio one space. Super cute.

Our bungalow was only a few steps from the ocean, and the view was stunning! The property was so peaceful and quiet. We loved the new and clean bungalow. Staff were amazing; especially Mehe! We will definitely be back!

First of all, Moorea is beautiful!! Very quiet, not crowded and very peaceful. NIU Beach Resort has very upscale beach bungalows steps from the water. We snorkeled from the beach - super clear and lots of coral. We also kayaked daily which was very fun. The bungalow is perfectly equipped - very thoughtful and beautiful. Only breakfast is available to purchase on-site, but restaurants and small groceries are bikeable (bikes provided for free) or walkable. Perfect for adult travelers!

Five stars across the board. Clean and spacious rooms with really nice bathroom. Amenities are great. A nice beach with kayaks available and pretty decent snorkeling if you go out a little further. Near a few decent restaurants and reservations are a good idea since they were pretty full. Staff are amazing. We rented a car for 24 hrs and the staff made a phone call and it was delivered in 10 minutes. Super easy. Moorea…an amazingly beautiful place.

Small newer bungalows with an eager staff to please. Very quiet property. Kitchens in rooms so you can shop and make your breakfast at least. A little pricey ( but So is everything in FP) on the breakfast that you can pay for. Very quiet area of the island. Maybe I've been spoiled around the world but the reef on Moorea is not the greatest for snorkeling

We loved our stay at Niu Beach Hotel! The staff were very friendly and helpful, the property was gorgeous, and the room was very clean. Having the kitchen in our room was great so we could prepare our own meals. I would definitely stay here again!

Everything was great. The room was so beautiful. Everything is clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have bikes you can borrow for a quick run to the grocery store. We also enjoyed taking out the paddle boards.

Overpriced but otherwise ok

Overpriced by around 30%. Rooms are generally good for 3 star hotel, however, a few things need to be fixed such as showers were not working correctly. Service staff was friendly. 35 euro for a buffet style breakfast per person is overpriced. Overall a good hotel with a too high price tag.

We spent 5 nights at niu beach hotel, this property was nicely decorated, clean and new, the studio spaces are well thought out for 2. We found it very helpful having a kitchenette for when we couldn’t book in at some of the busier local restaurants, and a small supermarket just a bike ride away. The kayaks were fun, and it was nice to snorkel straight from the beach. We were told the area was known for turtles, but they were elusive for us. The staff were very helpful and kind. The local tours that we took would pick us up from the hotel. Speaking french will help you in Moorea, but is definitely not required.

Terrific location, well kept units. Would absolutely stay again. We wanted something centrally located, on the beach, and setup for a family of four to sleep & live in comfortably. This newer hotel was excellent for our three night stay on Moorea. Very clean and quiet, nice staff, and very comfortable accommodations. We had a beachfront bungalow, and really enjoyed the stocked kitchen and lovely patio. The beach is really nice, with decent snorkeling just offshore. There is a small shopping center a few miles away, convenient for anything you might need. We will return!
