Built entirely of wood and inspired by the Balinese style, the villa seduces with its warm atmosphere, its natural lines and its harmonious integration into its tropical environment.

Its design, particularly adapted to the Polynesian climate, favors natural ventilation. The windows are equipped with shutters that can be closed, but do not have glazing. In non-air-conditioned spaces, the design of the roof also allows for permanent natural ventilation, promoting air circulation and cooling of the rooms. This tropical architecture deliberately maintains a close connection between the house and its external environment.

The villa has three bedrooms, two of which are air-conditioned. All are equipped with fans for added comfort. The two bathrooms, equipped with showers and sinks, bring practicality and privacy to everyone.

On one level, this seasonal rental is designed for a fluid and pleasant circulation, ideal for fully enjoying the sweetness of Polynesian life. It has a modern, bright and fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing and sharing good times.

Outside, the terrace hosts a furnished patio, ideal for outdoor dining, as well as an unheated whirlpool, conducive to relaxation in the tropical climate.
Without vis-à-vis, the villa offers a magnificent view of the tropical vegetation, offering privacy and immersion in a lush natural environment.

The villa is located in a private and secure residence, particularly beautifully landscaped, with beautiful walkways inviting you to walk. The residence provides tenants with a large communal swimming pool, a tennis court and a gym to enhance their stay.
It is also an ideal starting point to discover the beaches, water activities and emblematic landscapes of Moorea.

About Moorea
Moorea is located 5 minutes from Tahiti by plane and about 20 to 40 minutes by ferry. The island offers a multitude of water and land activities, including lagoon excursions and hiking.

A car is required to fully enjoy the island, as it does not have a regular public transportation network. Do not hesitate to contact us for any further information.

• Louvered windows can be closed but do not have glazing.
• In non-air-conditioned spaces, the roof design ensures permanent natural ventilation. These spaces therefore do not benefit from complete isolation from the outside environment.
• Two of the three bedrooms are air-conditioned; all bedrooms have air fans.
