"Room was ready early. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was great. 👍 "

"The refrigerator didn’t work when we got there. My husband reset the breaker. It worked for a while, but it tripped the breaker again. So we didn’t have use of a refrigerator. Also, the coffee pot didn’t have the right basket in it to brew coffee, so we got our coffee in the lobby. There was no hair dryer in our room. We asked for one at the front desk, but they didn’t have one. The pillows were terrible."

"Floors will turn your feet/socks black from the filth coating them. Had to switch rooms numerous times because of issues with them. Staff said they returned my $50 deposit but i never recieved it back on my card. "

"Gym was nice for early morning workout. Large rooms with comfortable king size beds. Breakfast buffet with waffles, eggs, bacon, scones, cereal, juices, toast. Great location to Lake Norman off I-77. "

The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with anything we needed. One of the highlights was the amazing breakfast menu with plenty of delicious options to choose from. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others."
