"Rooms were overbooked and reservation was denied. I had to sleep in parking lot due to all hotels in area either requiring minimum of 3 night stay or being completely sold out. Worst place to stay at. Very sketchy and rough looking area."

"The common area’s windows, carpets, entrance doors, elevators all needed a good cleaning. The carpet looked as if it had never been vacuumed not to mention shampooed. The room was somewhat better, but stuffy and the shower left a lot to be desired. The kitchen area looked relatively clean but we did not use it. The main dining area in the lobby appeared somewhat better than other common areas in the building. I rated 2 stars because the room wasn’t quite as bad. The staff was friendly and helpful."

"Can’t believe they charge $160/night for this location. It looks like it’s falling apart from the outside. The carpets are sticky and dirty. It’s a terrible musty smell in the entire place. I’m just overall disappointed with this Bonvoy location. I may have to switch back to Hilton. I couldn’t even shower cause it just did not appear clean. I would not recommend "
