Are you looking for a comfortable apartment, quiet and yet conveniently located at a moderate price?

We offer you an apartment in the heart of East Frisia, in Moormerland (Dreieck Leer - Aurich - Emden) to relax and unwind with a variety of leisure activities.

Beautiful, well-signposted bike paths directly on the German Fehnroute as well as fishing opportunities and swimming lakes in the surrounding area.
Excursion destinations: Leer Historic Old Town, Papenburg Meyer Werft, Aurich Energie Center, fishing village Greetsiel and near the coast.

The upper apartment is in a quiet cul-de-sac location, children's playground nearby. It comprises 85 square meters, a cozy living room with adjoining loggia and flat screen TV, a spacious double room, single room with bed and cot, single room with 140 cm wide bed and loggia access, bathroom with sauna and a fully equipped kitchen from dishwasher to microwave to egg cooker , High chair available.

Sehr schöne gemütliche Wohnung für Jung und alt
Wir sind als Familie gereist und haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und hatten auf dem Balkon einen schönen Ausblick in die Natur. Eine sehr schöne eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Wir würden wieder Buchen 👍👍.

Eine Woche Urlaub...
in einer sehr ruhigen Umgebung. Wir haben die Ruhe genossen, eine sehr angenehme und ansprechende Unterkunft in einer Gegend ohne Straßenlaternen (kennen wir als Großstädter nicht mehr, es war wirklich dunkel in der Nacht). Nur der Wind und der Regen waren zu hören - wir haben uns gut erholt und haben die Umgebung erkundet. Diese Ferienwohnung können wir guten Gewissens weiter empfehlen. Danke den Vermietern für die schönen Tage.
