"Love condo layout ... appreciated having thick toilet tissue, shampoo, conditioner and body wash ion bathroom. Beds were very comfortable ... Kitchen appliances had not been wiped down ... fingerprints and a few dried runnyKitchen counter had a big sticky area and floor around table was VERY sticky ... definitely something had been spilt and floor had not been mopped…footprints even showed on sticky area and made our shoes sticky. Just wanted u to know this so u could have a conversation with...

"Loved our stay here. It's so close to everything, safe neighborhood, and the place was comfortable and clean. There was a hiccup with the wifi but they property management sent someone over to get it fixed right away. Would stay here again."

"I have stayed in Girdwood on the way outside 5 times now. This was the best location- both of the unit and the building. The host was very helpful about the process, and straight forward about the accomodations. Reserve early, because I hope to stay here again next fall. HINT- The Spoonline almond crust pizza was a great take out, if you can find them open."

"Nice basic, roomy space. Only 3 local channels and dvs player so bring dvds or a laptop with pre-downloaded content (no internet), or a nice book to read for those down times. King size bed was very soft and occupants rolled to the middle. Kitchen has coffee maker (bring grounds, filters available), toaster, microwave, crock pot, full-function stove/oven and full-size fridge/freezer. "

"We used the condo as a jumping off point for multiple activities around Girdwood, Whittier, and Anchorage. Seward is also very doable from this location as a day trip. The property far exceeded our expectations. We had 5 adults total and it was well sized for that many people. The kitchen is fully stocked with any equipment you will need. Everything was very clean. If we make it back to this part of Alaska, we will definitely stay here again."

"Nice mountainside condo. It’s an older unit but with nice updates. If you book this unit make you get the lock box number and lock box 4 digit code to access the building plus the 4 digit code to enter the unit once inside the building. I was not provided any of this on the check in text so we had to text Vacasa to get this and it took 2 hours to get in."

"Wasnt bad. Needed blackout curtains and the television doesnt receive any signal nor does it come with instructions."
