"A beautiful location for my friend's wedding. A quaint, rural setting with a marvelous setting for the wedding in the hall. I loved the acoustics of the craftfully-renovated inn. The room was comfortable and clean with modern furniture and fixtures. If there were more rooms available, as well as easier transportation nearby this would be 10/10. I highly recommend as a wedding/reunion venue. "

"Usually when I stay in smaller hotels in Germany, they look very old-fashioned and are not very clean. Landhaus Sixtmühle was just the opposite. My one-person room was extremely clean and modern. On top of that, the staff was very friendly and everything from the moment I checked in until the time I checked out went SO smoothly. I can highly recommend this place!"

"Well it started with the owner putting us in the wrong room. I paid for the larger room on line and the owner told me all the rooms are the same. As it turns out they are not. As for the we speak English as stated, it is broken English. There are many words they do not understand or speak in English. Breakfast is week at best. But it is a ham sandwich and coffee, typical European breakfast but l have had better. The restaurant is poor. It is only open for 1 hour maybe 2. When my daughter and I...

"Friendly staff; quite place..."

"Für Schlüsselübergabe mussten wir 80 km Umweg fahren. Die Wohnung war übervoll mit privaten Gegenständen, teilweise Müll, dreckig, das Bett zerwühlt und nicht einmal abgezogen. Kein freier Platz, um etwas zu verstauen. Kaum Geschirr. Kaum Möbel. Fotos entsprechen nicht der Realität. Ich musste erst einmal Bad und Küche putzen und das Bett neu beziehen. Handtücher gab es keine. Aber Einbruchspuren."

Nach einer 8-Stündigen Zugfahrt und anschließender 30 Minütiger Taxifahrt (die auch nicht günstig war) vor einer verschlossenen Tür zu stehen war sehr unangenehm. Des Weiteren war die Erreichbarkeit des Ansprechpartner mangelhaft. Die Hinterlegte Handynummer ging nicht und auf ein Klingeln reagierte keiner. "Room for Rent is an awesome property. The amenities in the room are exactly what you need for a vacation, the location is not far from the train station (only 20 mins to get to Munich), the area is quiet and has grocery stores nearby. The staff are friendly and willing to tell you about the area and places to go. I would definitely stay here again."
