"Registering on arrival was very slow. Trying to get someone answer a phone was impossible. My shower could not turn off once started. Once engaged, staff were helpful. The only open restaurant was good for what was available."

"10/10 would recommend. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. Our Flights got delayed and late check in was a breeze. Second and third days I had a rough bout of altitude sickness and they were very accommodating for the purchases of can oxygen and plenty of water right there in the lobby. Cabins were very clean ,warm and cozy."

"The room and property was nice. We enjoyed the public spaces. However the restaurant was not that great- food was ok, service was slow, we didn’t even get water with our dinner - we were the only diners at that time!"
