"This was such a bad hotel I have 4 asd kids ages 16 -14 - 12 - 9 but me in wrong room costed a lot of money and ended up in 2 different rooms and the manners of the staff were very rude!! I will be speaking to Blackpool council about this never again will I stay at this hotel very dirty full of flys and not cleaned at all!! I am very upset!! Look at 2 pictures look totally different!! "

"Room looked like a cr*ck den, bathroom is shared and doesn’t even lock so anyone can walk in while you are showering no towels and bed sheets was minging with brown stuff on, told staff they didn’t do nothing"

"Victoria and Expedia.co.uk are the worst company to deal with I never lodged, I got to the hotel 21:53 which check in time was till 10pm I booked the hotel past 9pm I want my refund You lot take money off people that work hard for their money, These has really affected my mental health and traumatised with the experience I had I want my money back and compensation for the stress I went through😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 "
