I booked thru Expedia thinking was booking thru Double Tree Hilton. First time doing third party. Never again. I mistakenly booked the wrong dates and immediately responded on date to have checked in to Expedia as they wanted to know how my stay was going. I ket them know had wrong date and could they modify the dates til next week. Neither party woukd do so. Mistakes happen and policies can be overridden. Expedia would if Doubletree Hilton would authorize but Jerry at resort said was firm and under no circumstance could he refund or adjust the dates. They got their pay and I get nothing.
