"I was assigned a room after check in and it was dirty. I took pictures and went back to the desk to address the issue. After being assigned another room, it too was dirty. I asked the staff to come and that there was water on the bathroom floor. He had to get a mop to clean up. I asked to show me a room that was clean but was told that there was one available to accommodate my 3-night stay. I requested a refund and checked out.
