"It was a lovely place to stay in Brunswick with lots of space and comfy beds. For just a short stay it would have been nice to have more things like cooking oil, condiments and also toiletries. It was so easy to catch the tram into the city centre . I did feel the property could have been cleaned to a higher standard for the price and cleaning fee charged . I did enjoy my stay with my son and his dog here and would recommend it."

"Not fitted out suitable for Stayz. A long list of kitchen items missing. TV has no aerial no free to air channels. We had to load apps such as 9Now and log in own account. A/C remote flat battery. 2nd bedroom mattress very thin/uncomfortable. Chairs on verandah worn out. BBQ but no gas cylinder. Both verandahs very dirty, covered in dust."

"right next to station. only 20 minutes to the City by train. not far from ring road entrance for other parts of city by car. small shopping center across road with 3 coffee shops and convenience store. Playground across road. Supermarket only 10 minutes walk. On negative side this is an old house that has never been upgraded ( and will probably never will be) Lots of issues that property owner needs to address "
