Great family house with ideal location on the High Street. Lots of amenities nearby. A good base to explore the Cotswolds

Beautiful cottage in amazing location, couldn’t be any more perfect
We stayed at stonecrop for a weekend away, we got the train there and the location was perfect. Inside the cottage is beautiful, modern and clean but still with a Cotswold cottage feeling.
There’s plenty of pubs and restaurants in the area and lots of walking routes which take you to other villages.
Highly recommend, we can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful well-equipped cottage
The cottage is in an excellent location, very pretty and large enough for 8 guests. The well stocked playroom makes it brilliant for families with young children. The only item to mention is the back double bedroom on the first floor really needs a new mattress as it is all springs so unfortunately it’s not a comfortable sleep but everything else was in good condition and it’s otherwise very well done.

A gorgeous home
We had a fantastic weekend stay at this beautiful home. Four couples and a little one. The play room was such a delightful addition as we had a one year old with us who loved the room. We enjoyed the great oven and bbq for cooking and the lovely bath to relax. Great for walks nearby and driving distance to more and to Daylesford. Recommend Martha’s coffee just next door. Such a special proper family home.

Summer
Stonecrop is a spacious house in a good location. It is marred by inadequate maintenance and cleaning. All issues were reported to Staycotswold, but no remedial action was taken.
We had a wonderful stay at Stonecrop Cottage. It's a lovely house with four good bedrooms. Eight family members were comfortable and the two and a half baths were quite sufficient for us. The kitchen and dining rooms provided great eating space, and there were an abundance of plates and silverware for meals made on site. The house is easily walkable from the train station, numerous restaurants, and two grocery stores. It was a great house to just relax and enjoy family and tour the Cotswolds together. The only thing we would have liked was a dryer for clothes. Wish our stay was longer. Thank for sharing your beautiful home with us.
