"We stayed at Jiva Hill for just one night, but by the time we checked out, we were already talking about coming back. Everything about our stay was flawless. We were incredibly lucky with beautiful weather, which meant we could really appreciate the wonderful setting, the views and the golf course. It feels peaceful and removed from the city, yet the location is remarkably convenient, around 15 minutes from Geneva Airport and approximately 30 minutes from central Geneva. What impressed us most, though, was that the five-star experience goes far beyond the facilities. The hotel is five star, the service is five star, and the food is five star. Every member of staff we encountered was genuinely friendly, helpful and welcoming, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. We also thoroughly enjoyed the food. Dinner was excellent, and breakfast was particularly impressive, with such a wide choice that there really was something for everyone. The combination of the beautiful surroundings, excellent facilities, wonderful food and genuinely warm service made this a very special stay. We were only here for one night, and somehow we are leaving feeling as though it wasn’t nearly long enough. We would very happily return, and hopefully next time for a little longer. Thank you to the whole Jiva Hill team for such a memorable stay."

"Cool modern hotel with a warm welcome and majority of reception staff very helpful . Large comfortable rooms and beds and no noise from anywhere was noticeable. Proximity to the local bus stop / Lidl and some restaurants useful as there is limited catering provision at the weekend - best to check what’s on. Be aware that if you wish to actively cook beyond kettle/microwave in your mini-kitchenette there is a hire charge for"
