"We were in Tennessee for a crew regatta. The apartment was perfect for our needs. Having a kitchen was a must and we were able to prepare everything we needed. The location was also great. Only 8 minutes from the races. The host was easily reachable and answered all our questions quickly."

"It was a great stay. The firm mattress wasn't to our taste. But that's just our opinion. I'm sure others would like it. The pans available did make most of our food burn and we had to open all the windows several times. But other than that we give it a ten. We didn't have access to the Wi-Fi until the last day. I couldn't find the info anywhere. So we finally reached out and eventually we got logged in. Thank you for letting us stay. I would still definitely recommend this place! Great location...

"I loved it here! We were in town for a wedding. Everything was clean, it smelled fantastic, the king bed was so comfortable that we didn’t want to get out of it, and it had nearly everything we needed. Our teenagers had their own rooms as well. It was perfect for what we needed! "

"We had a great time there, the older man that stays there was very nice and talked to us for awhile about the history of the school and that he actually went to school there. In the middle of everything and very well maintained on the rooms, we stayed in the library and couldn’t be happier with what we got, definitely going to go back and stay there"
