Just 2 minutes from the nearest boat ramp and Corp of Engineers park, and with a second ramp and park just over the bridge, our location offers unparalleled access to Lake Whitney. You won't find easier access to the lake from any other point and we have plenty of boat parking.

Explore Nearby Towns: Discover the charm of Whitney, Clifton, Hico, Walnut Springs, West, and more. These quaint towns offer a plethora of activities such as antique shopping, visiting wineries, enjoying fine or casual dining, and much more! Experience the small-town charm and hospitality these communities have to offer.

Each bedroom boasts a Queen bed with fresh comfortable linens and high quality pillows. We also have a pull-out sofa in the living area that is a treat of unexpected comfort! Enjoy 2 bathrooms for plenty of space to get everyone ready for a day out around town or clean up after a day at the lake!

Our eat-in kitchen is full of light and plenty of room for cooking big family dinners or a romantic dinner for 2.

The house was very clean and comfortable, felt quite spacious and well stocked. The host was great to work with, clear and prompt communication. And the state park by the lake is a short 5-10 min walk down the road. Highly recommend!

The house provided a wonderful stay. The rooms were exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The kitchen was well-stocked with ample plates and cooking utensils. The bathrooms were in excellent condition. The backyard featured a comfortable seating area with a propane fire pit and grill, making it a great space for relaxing and entertaining. The owners were easily accessible and communicated clearly throughout our stay.

Lake whitney get away !!!

We spent a week fishing at Lake Whitney and this place was very convenient , clean and comfortable . Access to Cedron Park boat ramp was excellent .

We stayed one night prior to a high school fishing tournament. Was pleasantly surprised whenever we pulled up. Clean, well kept and comfortable! Was disappointed we could stay other night.

Cute Farmouse

We stayed at this cute farmhouse during a family reunion at Cedron Park. It was perfect! Very clean and stocked with all necessities. Kids had a great time roasting marshmallows on the backyard gas fire ring. We had one dog and place is completely fenced and pet friendly. Highly recommend.
