"The rooms aren’t the best but it’s worth the price. They are currently renovating all the rooms so hopefully next time that will be finished. I will be traveling to this area frequently to visit family and it is the only hotel in town so I will be staying here again."

"We were really happy with the stay and accommendations. We would stay again and recommend for future guests. The only nuisance was the sulfur or rotten egg smell from the house water faucet. However, we were told by local residents that there is an issue with the city water lines. Sulfur smell in the water seemed to not have been as strong on the second day of stay."

"Western is a simple low cost resource in Dawson; good value for money. Clean, safe. AC worked well in both heating and cooling mode. There were a few minor bobbles. No shampoo in bathroom. No blanket on the bed other than the sheets and coverlet. Minor issues; the clerk gave us some shampoo, and we just turned up the AC heater overnight. Next day the cleaning staff brought a very nice duvet and an extra pillow - above the grade of amenity we would expect in an economy facility."

"The overall stay at the home was GREAT!!! My Line Sisters and I truly enjoyed our stay as we celebrated our 40th AKAversary. Ms. Je'Nita was very accommodating with our needs. There was only 1 hiccup...we were greeted by two lizards inside the home during our stay. We quickly got rid of them. As stated, the stay was great and will definitely use the host's home in the future if needed."
