"Good location close to restaurants, shopping, and Vaporetto stops. However, the rooms are above a bar that closes at 2am so it does get loud at night. The walls are also super thin so you will hear your neighbors. Check-in process went smooth but it was online (unless you want to walk to another hotel for check-in) and I was not informed of that until 2 days prior to arrival. "

"The property was neat and clean. There was nothing extra for guests, it was all basic, but that was sufficient for our needs. The staff was helpful and the room was nice. The property was just around the corner from Basilica di Sant Antonio di Padova and Prato di Valle which was so perfect! The hotel is a walkable 30 minutes from the train station with many piazzes and nice stops along the way! As for Padova, it was one of my favorite cities I have been to in Italy! I want to come here again...

"Hotel bien situé à 5mn a pieds de la gare. Chambre spacieuses avec machine à café. Petit déjeuner correct et varié. Nous avions pris deux chambres, une donnait sur la rue, spacieuse et lumineuse. L'autre donnait sur un mur , obligé d'allumer les lumières en plein jour. Le point vraiment négatif est le bruit, les chambres étant très très mal isolées, on entendait le voisin ronflé ! Moyen pour un 4 etoiles."

"My wife and I enjoyed two nights at 312 Piazza San Marco. Our hotel room was very clean and comfortable. The location is fantastic and very close to all main attractions. Asela was very hospitable and welcoming. He arranged quick transportation on several occasions and a tour of a Murano glass factory. We would highly recommend this hotel!"
