It is located in a gated community 19 minutes from Blue Ridge and 16 minutes from Blairsville providing convenience to all the local attractions and wonderful adventures the area offers! A wonderful location, easy to get too, that will provide entertainment for everyone. Visit local wineries, sample the craft breweries, browse the unique local shops, dine out at some great restaurants, explore the multitude of hiking trails and waterfalls, tackle new adventures and enjoy the beauty of the North GA Mountains. Emberwood Escape is the place to be!

Access is via all paved roads until you turn into the gated community. It is then a short ¼ distance on a well maintained gravel road. The property has a circular driveway with parking for up to three vehicles.

A code will be provided one day prior to your arrival. You will enter directly into the living area. The dining table and kitchen are to your right and the living room is just off the kitchen. It is cozy, bright and welcoming! It features a round dining table for four, fully equipped kitchen with three bar stools, stainless steel appliances and new furniture to watch your favorite show while enjoying the warmth and ambiance of the gas fireplace. Direct TV is also available.

Step out to the balcony to gaze at the mountains, soak in the sights and sounds of nature and bask in the beauty! A dining table is provided, two rockers, smart TV and gas grill to enjoy it all!

The first of the three bedrooms is located to the left of the entry. It features a new queen bed, including a new Nectar mattress, side tables with lamps, seating area with storage, and balcony access.

The bathroom with a tub/shower combo is located just outside the door as well as the laundry area.

The upper level has the master king suite bedroom! Very spacious, private balcony with rockers and all new bedroom furniture, smart TV and Keurig coffee station. It also has a new Nectar mattress for a great night’s rest. The private bathroom is a tub/shower combo.

Venture to the lower level for family fun! The new game room has air hockey, shuffleboard, Pac Man arcade game, card table, sofa, gas fireplace, and large screen smart TV and Direct TV.

The last of the three bedrooms is located at the back of the game room. It is our camping/outdoor adventure theme and also includes our cowboy mascot! It has a new queen bed, side tables, lamps, dresser, and smart TV. It also has direct access to the hot tub located on the patio. The bathroom is just outside with a tub/shower combo.

The patio has a five person hot tub, Adirondack chairs and two gliders to relax after an adventurous day! It is accessible from the game room and lower level bedroom.

A new professionally installed fire pit is an excellent option on cool nights! Gather with family and friends, roast marshmallows, tell stories and count the fireflies.

There is a small pond at the bottom of the property and additional fire pit. Please use caution as you make your way down.

The property is also dog friendly! We will take up to two dogs, 50 lbs each. A crate and dog bowls are provided for your convenience. The owners respectfully request that you do not let your dogs on the beds or furniture during your stay.

Guest Access:
Access is via keyless entry. A check-in code will be provided 1 day prior to arrival. Checkout code will be provided the day before with instructions.

The entire cabin is available to the guest with the exception of the owner's closet

The Neighborhood:
Emberwood Escape is located in Morganton, GA, 20 minutes from downtown Blue Ridge and 15 minutes from Blairsville. It is situated in a gated community and accessed via paved roads with the exception of the very short distance ¼ mile on well maintained gravel as you enter the gated community.

It has a circular driveway for each in/out access and you can park up to three vehicles.

Privacy:
Other properties are in the neighborhood. We ask that you please respect the owner's privacy and comply with private property signs.

Pets:
Dogs only - All dogs must be kept on a leash when outside of the fenced area. Poop bags and dog bowls are provided for your furry family members. The number of dogs is limited to two and each must be under 50 lbs. The owners respectfully request that dogs are kept off the furniture and you crate your dog while away.

Trash and Litter:
Trash pickup service is provided on Wednesday. If the trash cans are full upon arrival, please contact the property management office. All trash must be bagged and placed into the trash cans provided and lids securely attached. Our nature friends love to make a mess when this is not done and the trash companies will not pick up loose trash. Also if you exceed the capacity of the trash cans before pickup it is your responsibility to remove and take to the disposal locations at:

Quiet time:
Please keep your noise to a minimum between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. both inside and outside. This includes hot tubs, fire pits, and porches. Sound travels easily in the mountains and can disturb unseen neighbors.

Smoking Policy:
This property is a NO SMOKING property of any kind.
