My mother, aunt, and sister had a great stay! The house met all expectations in terms of cleanliness, amenities, and accessibility. Thanks again to Deb for her responsiveness before and during their stay!
The cottage was very clean, well maintained and spacious. It was about a 10 minute drive from Blue Ridge stores and restaurants, which was very convenient. Because it was so cold outside we spent most of our stay hanging out enjoying home cooked meals and playing the games we brought. The kitchen was well equipped amd made meal prep easy. The host was quick to respond to any inquiries we had, which weren’t many. We certainly would book this place again.
Felt like in an oasis. Lots of room. We have a wheelchair person . Worked great for master bath, and room to move around. Very clean. Notebook very useful. Enjoyed fire pit. Close to Ridgeway. Host is quick to respond.
My husband & I enjoyed the cottage. It is beautifully decorated and has a perfect layout for visiting. Attention to detail and very well maintained. The neighborhood was quiet. The location was perfect for visiting not only North Georgia but North Carolina as well. We would highly recommend!
House was clean, with the exception of some spider webs im ceiling fans and dust. I was thankful Debbie allowed me to move the king bed over so my mother could navigate in the master bedroom. Overall a pleasant stay. Thank you...
We loved our stay at the cabin. Much larger and more comfortable than we expected. There are so many thoughtful touches. It is well maintained and decorated. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and very clean. The location is beautiful and serene.
The cabin was quite delightful. We walked into a friendly and cozy atmosphere and felt very much at home.
The back porch was a serene setting and we enjoyed dining out there one evening. The added appearance of a deer and a couple of rabbits, actually seeming to play with each other, was just an added bonus.
The location couldn't be better. Right in the center of lovely areas for hiking/strolling through the woods, waterfalls and small towns full of intriguing shops, make it perfect!
We had to book a last minute stay in the Blue Ridge area because our girls trip 40th bday celebration got rerouted due to hurricane Helene. Deb was super responsive from the beginning, and very helpful with extra information and making sure check-in was seamless. We found the cabin/cottage to be perfectly clean, updated, warm, inviting, and cozy. If I could use more positive adjectives I would. We loved the peaceful setting in the woods, with a lovely back deck fire pit coffee table. Also, the home is located centrally to all the things of interest to us: Blue Ridge, Helen, hiking, vineyards and more.
Woodside Cottage was perfect for my 90 yo parents. Super easy access for my dad who uses a cane. We loved the area, very quiet and easy to access. The cottage was very clean, had all the amenities we needed, and exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be renting here again!
Overall it was a great stay! The location, the cabin, the gated community and experience was wonderful.Thank you for taking care of every detail!-Carlos
Excellent VRBO, one of the nicest cottages I've ever stayed in. My 93-year-old father and I spent nearly a week here, and we've loved how comfortable and accommodating it was for someone who uses a cane and walker to get around. North Georgia is beautiful with not just mountains but an amazing amount of water nearby to enjoy. Each lake in the area could keep an angler or boater busy for days. Excellent restaurants in the area too. Deb's Woodside Cottage is a true gem.
This is a beautiful home with many things to do around the area. Deborah was very responsive to our questions. My only suggestion is that if you need a shower chair, you will need to bring one, but the shower is stepless, which is awesome.
