It's very clear upon meeting them that they have pride in their work and strive to make your stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. I want to give credit for the hotel running so smoothly, to the current manager. She has always impressed me with her professional manner, and willingness to help should there be a need. The staff was wonderful. The room and breakfast area were clean. The hotel needs a facelift. It has a neglected feel. This is the fault of corporate decisions, not those at the property. Carpets are worn, doors are banged up and need paint, grout is grubby looking, and outlets need updated for charging.
